HR Review: HR will qualify applicants as they come in the pool.
Interview: Interviews are not to be held or scheduled until EOP certifies applicant pool and Recruitment Services certifies the interview
pool for a diverse pool of candidates. The HR Liaison must document interviews in the system once certifications have taken place.

Job Summary
• Coordinate with the General Counsel's office, RT faculty, and in some cases, the College of Nursing and Health Sciences to be certain that affiliation agreements are completed and maintained. Coordinate with the on-campus RT Clinical Experiences Coordinator when utilizing affiliation agreements for sites that students from both programs complete internship rotations.
• Network with RT professionals for the establishment of new affiliation agreements with sites in which RT is offered.
• Develop and maintain internship site list that is regularly updated and uploaded onto the recreational therapy website.
• Coordinate with the faculty internship supervisors, site RT supervisors (practitioners), and students in advance of the internships so to provide them with all of the student's paperwork after the internships have been approved.
• Organize and hold orientation meetings with students in advance of their internships and with their University internship supervisors during the semester in which students are completing their internships.
• Collect, review, and maintain required paperwork from students before, during, and after internship rotations.
• Communicate with internship site supervisors before and during the internships, then collect final evaluation forms from internship site supervisors and review with students.
• Complete internship file upon ending of final internship, review final evaluation, and submit final grades.
• Perform site visits only when necessary.
• Prepare letters of completion to verify hours for national certification.
