I became a Professor Emeritus after serving 29 years as a recreational therapy faculty member at Indiana University. I'm a long-time Hoosier, having grown up in Hanover, Indiana. My RT practitioner work was in psych/mental health. After completing my Ph.D. at the University of Illinois, my first faculty position was at the University of North Texas. RT has been a wonderful profession for me as I have had the opportunity to serve as an author and national leader.

Dean, School of Health Sciences & Human Performance

Ithaca College seeks applications and nominations for the position of Dean of the School of Health Sciences and Human Performance (HSHP). This is a compelling opportunity for an experienced and innovative leader. Located in Ithaca, New York, Ithaca College is a private, comprehensive, residential college with an enrollment of 6,400 undergraduate and 400 graduate students, a faculty of 461 full-time and 241 part-time, and a staff of nearly 1,000. More specifically, HSHP currently enrolls over 1,300 full-time students in 18 undergraduate degree programs and nine graduate programs, including a clinical doctorate in physical therapy.
